- fixed bug in which player could still use the exit door of a level during the 'return to surface' animation(it also got a small animation to indicate that the door can't be used)

- added small decorations that can show up around the dungeon.

- tweaks in the way torches spawn, now they only spawn close to the floor and walls.

- tweaked the way ceiling chains spawn, now more chains can spawn per floor.

- added a simple cloud background to the surface.

- there is a new forms of threat in the dungeon, spike blocks, triggered by pressure, they release a deadly spike after a short delay.

- the dungeon just got more threatening, everything is pitch black, torches are the only source of light, but some weapons may be able to help you see in the absolute darkness.

- the surface shrine was replaced by a golden statue.
